To get this exciting process under way contact us and set up a meeting. We can have you come out to the warehouse or have a zoom call. The most important part of this call is that you can share your needs and we can help you know if NOMAD is right fit for you.

At this next step we will go over our understanding of your style and design aesthetic. We will present to you our mood boards we have created. There will be some back and forth to assure we are all on the same page. We will also iterate on the floor plan to make sure it is customized to your liking. *There is no charge for this part of the process.

We will set your budget for the design portion of your tiny home build at this stage. You will also need to start he pre-approval for financing at this step. When you have secured a good financing partner, we will need your $1000 deposit to hold your build spot.

We will be providing you with a finalized floor plan at this step for review. From this stage, we will move into design center selections and final approvals once your floor plan has been secured. This is also your opportunity to review your contract.

During the design process we will make all of your final selection choices and sign all of the final contract documents. This will conclude the design stage, floor plan design and financing will be secured by this point.

This is where the fun begins. Our expert craftsmen will begin building your DREAM TINY HOME! Each step of the process NOAH will be doing inspections on your tiny home. Your home should take 8-10 weeks til finish. We cannot wait for you to be in your new tiny home.
