What kind of utility hook ups does your tiny homes need?

Our tiny homes on wheels come with standard RV style hookups. A twist lock sewer drain hose adapter that can be hooked up to a tank, septic, or sewer system, a garden hose style water hookup is used for water, and 50 amp RV style plug for power.

Can I pick it up or move it myself?

Yes. Our tiny homes on wheels are under the width and height restrictions of the DOT and you are not required to have any special permits to move them. You will need a 1 ton or larger dually pickup. We also can set up a professional transportation company to deliver your tiny home.

How do I set it up on my lot?

Our tiny homes on wheels come with leveling jacks to stabilize the home. We recommend that the frame is blocked up in multiple points with no weight on the tires if set up long term. We do not recommend using the tires and scissor jacks for support if home is parked permanently. The pad for the home should be level and made with compacted gravel or concrete.
