The Microtel is our most space-efficient model — a single-story tiny home that delivers everything you need without a loft or stairs. With a 16' or 20' footprint, it's designed to fit in more places, move with ease, and offer the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Whether you're adding a guest suite, building a vacation rental, or creating a simple living space for yourself or a loved one, the Microtel offers the core of what matters — a full bathroom, climate control, sleeping area, and kitchenette — all on one level.
